Activity Calendar
Exercise classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:30 to 11:00; and an equipped exercise room is available for use any time the Center is open. Also, for the convenience of seniors, the Memorial Health Care Systems provide yearly flu shots.


Monthly Menu
Noon meals are served five days per week, with the exception of holidays or when special activities are scheduled. Birthdays and anniversaries are celebrated each month with a special meal and program.

Potato Bake

Fourth Thursday of each month
11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Suggested Donation – $7
Large potato, toppings, homemade desserts, and coffee or tea!

Seward Senior Shuttle

The Seward Senior Shuttle provides transportation for senior citizens of Seward who are age 60 or older and are ambulatory. Transportation is provided within the City Limits and two miles beyond. Reservations may be made by calling 402-643-3177 between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. This service is provided through the Lied Senior Center and is funded entirely through contributions and donations from clientele, organizations and businesses without the use of tax funds. Riders are asked to donate at least $1 per trip.
