The Tree Board consists of five members, who serve a three-year term. They study, investigate, counsel and develop a written plan for replanting, removal or disposition of trees and shrubs in public ways, streets and alleys. The plan constitutes the City of Seward’s official comprehensive tree plan. They meet on the second Tuesday of the month in January, April, July and October at 5:30 p.m. at the Seward Memorial Library.
